Cardio Jumpboard

Our energetic Cardio Jumpboard classes are suitable for clients who are experienced on a reformer and confident with quick spring adjustments and a faster pace. Similar to a trampoline, this class uses jump boards and springs to heighten your heart rate, challenge your endurance, and improve your coordination. Classes incorporate a variety of beginner, intermediate, and advanced Pilates repertoire, with particular emphasis on stabilizing your joints and strengthening your core.
